As a graduated photo engineer and commited photographer, I can offer knowledge from years of experience in photo techniques and applied photography. I’m conversant with technical and practical problems of analog and digital reproduction.
Luckily I witnessed the change between analogue and digital photography as a student at the University of applied science Cologne . I’m familiar with analogue processes and learned the digital processing (Photoshop laboratory) from the grounds up.
Assisting my thesis supervisor Ulrike Häßler, I could gain practical experience in photo training at Ivent – a professional photo school with broad expertise around photography and digital workflows. Since 2006, I occasionally write in our collaborative German online photo magazine foto.5lux.de.
I can help you with photo software in RAW-Editing and Photoshop, choosing the right photographic equipment, Image Databases and color managed workflows from capture till layout and printing, and provide advice to amateurs and professionals.
