This WordPress based website is an online counterpart to a classical amateur photo magazine. It was started as a co-production with my diploma master Ulrike Häßler
. I take care of the website as an admin and occasionally write articles about photo-technics, lenses and travel photography.
Organic farm community Heggelbach

The organic farm community “Hofgemeinschaft Heggelbach” asked for a site to intodruce their work in organic farming and regenerative energies. Also it was the task to promote their holiday apartments.
I chose a setup of WordPress with integrated Gallery2, which enables to publish a lot of images. The web statistics tell that visitors want to see a lot of images before they proceed to the booking form.
Multilingual online shop for handmade leather bags

Dunia Bags is a leatherbag manufacturer who produces handbags and wallets. The site is multilingual in English and Hebrew – therefore created to fit with two different text directions. A PayPal-based online shop enables selling the artwork to US and Israel.

A German film team asked for a bilingual website to first organize and later promote their filmproject about uranium mining in Australia. We kept it simple and used WordPress with a multilanguage plugin and some forums only with internal access.
Images and Blogging combined

On my personal weblog, I write about my travelling for friends and family. I integrated the open source application Gallery2 with a WordPress weblog to be able to upload images automatically, create slideshows and use the images in my blog posts.

Thesis and Lecture
Colormanagement according to the ICC-Standard has become common for pre-press within the past years. This document is an investigation on previous approaches for Colormanagement within world wide web and analyses recommendations for Colormanagement of the W3C in the ﬁeld of cross-media publishing using XML-based documents.

A musician’s home

“Chris-boom-bang the one man gang” is a small WordPress site with simple layout for a musician from Berlin. He can simply add his own audio-files and keep his stage news up to date.
As a second project, that musician works as a DJ. I integrated two domains with a single back-end for easy use. Including audio-player, booking contact form and a modern layout.

A simple weblog made for a friend to put images and videos to report about his travels. The main purpose of this low-budget WordPress blog was teaching him how to use a computer, post in WordPress and use YouTube to post videos.

Motor Caravan Dealer
My oldest project – the site for my parents’ motor-home company – didn’t survive the financial crisis and is offline now. We were one of the first in the branch in Germany using the internet. Since 1998 we were creating links and google rank for the website with an integrated sales-database.
Database PHP project

A database for media cables was one of my early projects during study times. It is realised in php/html and provides restricted access for different user roles. Today I would realise the same project with a Drupal installation, which is more flexible and much easier to extend.
